Japanese style baked potato

Japanese like baked potatoes, but they prepare them in a different way.

I love two kinds of Japanese style baked potatoes.
One kind uses batter soy sauce and the other uses ginger soy sauce.
I also love the US style, which is made with batter, sour cream, bacon chips and green onion. But I suggest you try the Japanese style, too.

Batter soy sauce,
1.Bake potato.
2.Slice top of potato.
3.Put butter and soy sauce into the slice.

Ginger soy sauce,
1.Grate or mince the ginger.
2.Mix the ginger and soy sauce.
3.Bake potato.
4.Put the sauce on the potato and then eat it!

Japanese grocery stores sell grated ginger in tubes.
It is very convenient. Wasabi is also available in a tube.

You know, the baked potato is very popular in Sweden. In restaurants, you can usually order baked potato with a seafood mix called Skagenröra.
